matar paneer - perfect for rotis and rice

                                                  Matar Paneer Ingredients: Green peas   :  1 cup Paneer           : 200 gms Oil                   : 2 table spoons Cumin seeds  : 1 tea spoon Onions            :  2 large Ginger garlic paste  : 1 table spoon Green chillies  :  2 (finely chopped) Turmeric powder  : 1 tea spoon Red  chilli powder  :  1 tea spoon Coriander powder  : 1 tea spoon Tomatoes          : 2 large (make puree) Garam masala powder  :  ½ tea spoon Coriander leaves    : 1 table spoon (finely chopped) Preperation method : Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add the onions and ginger garlic paste.  Sauté till light brown. Add the green chillies , turmeric powder , red chilli powder and coriander powder and sauté for one minute. Add the tomato puree, salt and one cup of water and cook for two minutes.
